Vacuum annealing furnace is a low-pressure vacuum carburizing vacuum furnace for energy-saving annealing heat treatment. It is mainly used for bright non oxidation annealing heat treatment of precision parts, bright non oxidation vacuum annealing or heating of auto parts, arms and aerospace precision parts or forgings. It can also be used for bright non oxidation annealing of copper in non-ferrous metal industry.
Vacuum annealing furnace generally adopts well type furnace shell shape, which is made of section steel and steel plate. According to different technical requirements, the furnace lining is made of structural brick fiber composite lining or full fiber insulation structure, which is highly energy-saving. The furnace tank is made of high temperature resistant stainless steel plate by automatic close welding.
The panel of vacuum annealing furnace is equipped with a vacuum interface, a protective atmosphere interface and a vacuum pressure gauge. In order to meet the requirements of high-precision heat treatment in military industry and aerospace industry, the vacuum annealing furnace is divided into multi zone temperature control, multi microcomputer independent automatic temperature control, automatic display of measured furnace temperature, calculation of temperature rise slope, temperature value and set value, over temperature alarm and automatic process curve recording, with temperature control accuracy of 1 ℃.
